Crimson Cliffs Student Residences (CCSR) provides fully-furnished apartments to RVU students. Renter insurance is not required but is strongly recommended.
Below is a list of suggested items for residents to bring that are NOT included in the apartments:
BEDROOMS
- Bed linens, blankets, comforter and pillows for Full-size bed(s)
- Side table lamps, if desired (overhead lighting is provided)
- Alarm Clock, any music, computer with wireless capability or DVD equipment, including cords
- Computer with wireless capability
LIVING ROOM AREA
- Throw pillows
- Lamps or softer lighting (Overhead lighting is provided.)
- Any music, computer with wireless capability or DVD equipment, including cords
- Area rug, if desired
- Ironing board & iron, if desired
KITCHEN
- Dishes, utensils, cooking pans/bowls & cooking utensils
- Dish towels, washcloths, hot pads/gloves
- Cutting board and knives
- Appropriate cleaning supplies/soaps, mop
BATHROOMS
- Washcloths & towels
- Appropriate cleaning supplies/soaps
- Hair dryer, if desired
- Toilet paper
- Plunger and toilet brush
- Personal toiletries
- Shower curtain
